Location: The Grimm Troupe/Dirtmouth

Powerful and devoted member of the Grimm Troupe. As part of the Ritual, it gathers scarlet flame within its torch. It will relinquish the flame once defeated.

I'm aware that the flame vanishes every nine seconds or so, but I can't fix it, unfortunately. A bit too late in the creation process. I think of it as the flame vanishing from sight for a brief moment before returning. It's the same for the next post as well, since I reused the torches for the Grimmkin Enemies.
